@crystalgroves @Xfinity They are such trash only reason I used them is because I got promotion for good speed really cheap for first year. Connection was still trash but luckily canceled after year. They monopolize areas to force bad connections for high prices. Good luck

@Xfinity 'Help' is a grave misnormer. Spent over an hour (mostly on hold) with your company today and nothing was resolved as it is never resolved. But the 'problem' is systemic from the top down. Literally, if you all weren't the only internet provider in town I'd have left years ago.

@XfinitySupport PS: It's Seattle so you'd think @Xfinity would be prepared for down power lines etc. Would be nice to get actual details vs just "working on it - hope to resolve soon". I need to provide my job with a real timeline of when I can actually work.

One, A SLIGHT GUST OF WIND, blink, blank, boom we lost internet service. @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I have a high school age daughter who has homework. Since #xfinity is the ONLY service provider in town what alternate do we have? We have had stronger gusts of wind than this.

@Xfinity It's best to take the negative review rather than placate with zero changes. From overbilling, poor internet service, a staff that apologies rather than seek tangible resolutions, your company -- from top to bottom -- is wholly incompetent. Do not feign concern without sincerity.

Called @XfinitySupport today due to a local outage. The absolute worst part is the amount of time the call menu insists on spending trying to get me to use text support.Xfinity should really have a way to bypass that completely. If I wanted to text, I wouldn't be calling.
