“Soft pity” is when you start hitting 70 to 80 pulls. The rate of getting a 5-star increases more and more as you reach 80, and is when you usually get a 5-star character. But if you're unlucky, you hit “hard pity”; which guarantees you a 5-star on your 90th pull.

It's like that in Genshin too, once you get a 5 star your pity resets. Once you get a banner 5 star your pity and guarantee reset.

They will ban u for using iMazing as its a 3rth party program and against the TOS. Sharing account is against the TOS, but the streamers do it weekly with their give aways. Mihoyo discriminates and favors money so the streamers are safe.

I had woke up my pc this morning, and got on genshin, banned. Last night I used Cheat Engine on some single player game, and forgot to unload cheat engine. Most games like Dead By Daylight, or Apex Legends tell you to turn off cheat engine if you try to open them. Not Genshin Impact, you will be banned instantly.
