Specifically, you will:
- Perform clerical & administrative tasks
- Interface with staff, vendors and other guests
- Send mass donor communications and solicitations through Constant Contact
- Maintain and assure quality of Constant Contact donor mailing lists
- Provide SVP & Chief Development Officer with office support
- Perform miscellaneous office work
You must possess:
- High School diploma; 1-2 years college preferred.
- Typing 55 wpm (tested)
- Computer proficiency in MS Word (tested)
- Knowledge of CANVA and Constant Contact
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team setting that is fast-paced
- Strong time management skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A passion for the mission of non-profit hospital fundraising work
