We loved the location - right in the center with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for us party people!The breakfast selection was amazing with so many options to choose from. We were well fueled for the day ahead.The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. When our air conditioner wasn't working, maintenance came right away and switched our room without any hassle.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a nice seating area, huge desk, and a well-stocked full kitchen. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean pool with fresh towels provided. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute drive to the Colonial area and Busch Gardens. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was hot, tasty, and had plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring our rooms were beautifully cleaned and always stocked with an abundance of toiletries and towels.

I stayed at a hotel in the Williamsburg area on vacation and it was located right next to everything which made it extremely convenient. The room was clean and had all the amenities that were supposed to be available. The staff was friendly and breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel had a small pool which was nice for a quick swim.

The sofa in the room wasn't the most comfortable.
