A 70-year-old man was captured by uniformed officers of the Zulia state Police Corps (Cpez). The septuagenarian was denounced for self-satisfaction inside a cart per stall in Maracaibo.
The incident came to light following a complaint filed by the passengers and the driver of the vehicle, who claimed that the man was in the back seat, with a 17-year-old teenager on his right side.
The minor was in the middle seat and another passenger to the right of her. While the vehicle made its route on the Felipe Pírela-Galería line and users got on and off on the long journey, the supposed elderly pervert took the opportunity to take out his virile member and masturbat*.
The young woman noticed the action of the older adult and informed the other occupants of the public transport, who immediately went to the headquarters of the Francisco Eugenio Bustamante Police Station, where they notified the authorities.

The Party for Freedom (PVV), of the anti-Islamist and Europhobe Geert Wilders, is, by far, the largest party in the Dutch Parliament, according to data from the official vote count, which gives it 37 of the 150 available seats, ahead of the left-wing bloc PvdA-GL (25) and the right-wing liberals VVD (24).

The right-wing liberal party VVV, to which outgoing Prime Minister Mark Rutte belongs and which the Turkish-Dutch Dilan Yeşilgöz has led in a campaign with promises of a tough policy on immigration and asylum, has suffered an electoral blow, losing 10 seats until he was left with 24 deputies.
In fourth place is the New Social Contract (NSC), the party of Christian Democrat Pieter Omtzigt, which enters the Chamber for the first time with 20 seats. In addition to the VVD, the other three parties that form the incumbent government coalition with Rutte, which is the same one that governed the Netherlands between 2017 and 2021, have also been punished at the polls.
The left-liberal D66 has lost 15 seats and now has 9, the Christian Democrat CDA loses 10 and remains with 5, and the fourth partner, Unión Cristiana, goes from 5 to 3.
The BBB farmers’ party, which only had its leader Caroline van der Plas in the Chamber, has won another six seats, which can guarantee it a place at the negotiating table of the future government.
The local newspapers speak this Thursday of a “political avalanche” and that “the Netherlands has taken a turn to the right”, and they underline the dilemmas that the big parties that were behind Wilders at the polls now face, since that the PVV will not be able to govern alone and needs, as is usual in this country, at least two coalition partners.
All attention is on the VVD and NSC, two center-right parties, which could sit at the negotiating table with the PVV, although Yeşilgöz pointed out last night that he does not see himself in a cabinet in which Wilders is prime minister.
“The voter has spoken and said: we are fed up!” said the leader of the extreme right upon learning the data.
However, Wilders also said last night that he will not promote anti-Islamic measures such as the banning of the Koran or the closure of Islamic schools (both points in his electoral program) and promised to “adhere to the Constitution”, in an attempt to advance in the period of training, which will officially begin this Friday.
