What is UOB SME?
On top of transactional capabilities of UOB Infinity, the UOB SME app provides value-added features to SMEs, all in one single app.
With the app, you can open a business account or apply for a working capital loan using Singpass and Myinfo business.
In addition, you can view your business cash flow through an interactive dashboard, get customised insights and events based on your industry, and book your preferred FX rate instantly through watchlist alerts.
Can I use the UOB SME app if I do not have a banking relationship with UOB?
Yes, you can download the UOB SME App to stay connected with the latest business insights and product promotions.
If you are interested to open a business account or apply for a working capital loan, you may tap on the top right menu bar of the App’s home screen and access self – service options to ‘open an account’ or ‘Apply for a loan’ with us.
How do I register for a digital banking ID?
You may fill up the application form here and submit to your nearest UOB branch.
How do I activate my digital banking ID on the UOB SME app?
On the App’s home screen, tap on “Start Banking” button, then tap on “Activate Account” and follow the on-screen steps to activate your digital banking ID.
I have activated my digital banking ID however I am not familiar with the navigation. Where can I get help?
To help you get started on UOB SME, we have prepared two workshop agendas to suit your needs. These workshops will be conducted remotely. You can sign up for the workshop here or refer to the Infinity user guide here.
I am an existing UOB Infinity user, can I use the UOB SME app at the same time?
If you are already an existing UOB infinity user and you are interested to use UOB SME App, you will need to switch over by registering your digital token(Infinity Secure) on the UOB SME App. In doing so, your account information and existing banking arrangements will not be affected.

Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
