World of Warcraft Dragonflight Dungeons and Raids | Brain World (2024)

Season 4 in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight brings new opportunities and challenges for players. This season promises to be particularly interesting thanks to new systems and improvements that will diversify gameplay and keep the attention of both experienced players and newcomers. For those who want to learn quickly and enjoy new content, a wow boost is available to maximize comfort in the game.

Awakened Raids

With the release of the long-awaited fourth season, players eagerly returned to the familiar locations of Dragonflight. The Vault of the Incarnate, Aberrus, Shrouded Crucible and Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope – these iconic locations await brave adventurers ready to challenge new, more formidable threats.

All raids this season have become awakened, increasing their difficulty and unlocking access to a wide range of unique trinkets and items that match the current Season 4 equipment level. This means that players will not only be able to enjoy exciting battles, but also add rare trophies to their collections. For those looking for extra help in passing these challenges, wow boost services are available to help overcome even the most difficult obstacles quickly and efficiently.

Antique Bronze Bullion and Awakened Tempostone Currencies

Season 4 of WoW Dragonflight sees the return of a fail-safe system in the form of the Antique Bronze Bar.

There is also a new tiered omni token, the Awakened Tempostone, which drops from the final raid bosses of the Awakened Dragon Pack raid. An antique bronze ingot can be obtained by defeating Awakened bosses, and the number of ingots that can be earned increases by 1 per week.

What can you buy with it?

Antique Bronze Bullion can be used to buy weapons, trinkets, and cosmetic items from Dragonflight raids. Four vendors are located in the Parting Glass on the coordinates 74, 45 of Valdrakken. Three vendors sell rare items from a specific raid and one sells only cosmetics:

  • Iszy – Vault of the Incarnates Vendor;
  • Iszinormi – Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible Vendor;
  • Iszinormi (Dragon) – Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope Vendor;
  • Mirioszin – Cosmetics Vendor.

Items from these vendors are on a new Awakened upgrade track, allowing upgrades to the max Mythic item level.

Dungeons

Changes in the dungeon system

In Season 4 of the Dragonflight add-on, World of Warcraft developers made significant changes to the Mythic+ dungeon system. A “compression” of difficulty was implemented, making Mythic level 5 in season 4 equivalent to almost level 15. This change made heroic and mythic dungeons more challenging and engaging, while also increasing the value of the rewards. When the developers created the fourth season, they analyzed the players’ meaning, and identified three key problems with the dungeons. First, the normal mode was almost indistinguishable from the heroic mode at the maximum difficulty level. Second, Mythic 0 dungeons quickly lose their importance once the season starts because players play primarily on Mythic+ difficulty. Third, the Mythic+ mode relied too heavily on the timer and didn’t give players the opportunity for more tactical and thoughtful playthroughs.

Thanks to these problems, the developers changed the difficulty and reward structure of dungeons in Dragonflight Season 4.

Heroic difficulty in the game is now equivalent to Mythic 0 difficulty, including the reward level. These dungeons have also become available in group finder. The developers couldn’t fully satisfy players with Mythic and Mythic+ difficulties. Mythic+ difficulty still has a timer, but now players can get good gear by completing Mythic 0, which is equivalent to Mythic 8-10 in the old system.

Actual dungeons

A total of 8 dungeons have become available in the game. All of these dungeons were added across all 4 seasons in the Dragonflight expansion. With better pacing and meaningful rewards: Ruby Life Pools, Brackenhide Hollow, The Nokhud Offensive, Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr, Neltharus, The Azure Vault, Halls of Infusion, and Algeth’ar Academy.

Dungeon Loot

In conjunction with the redesign of the Mythic+ dungeon system, the developers have also made changes to the structure of rewards players receive for completing them.

The basic gradation of reward levels in dungeons in general remained without significant changes, but was adapted to the new difficulty levels. For example, rewards that used to be given for completing a level 11 dungeon will now be given for completing a level 2 dungeon in the new system.

As for the Flightstones, the principles of their issuance have largely remained the same, but have also been adjusted to take into account the new difficulty level. These changes to the reward system were designed to balance the value of different types of dungeons and to incentivize players to complete both regular epochal and more difficult Mythic+ challenges.

In the 4th season, Dream Crests were replaced by new Awakened Crests. They serve to enhance seasonal gear and craft additional items. The quality of dropped Crests depends on the level of dungeons and their difficulty.
