Meet PSRF board member Bobbie Bailey, CEO of M Agency.✅ How did you first become involvedwith PSRF?I first started out as a member in 2018, wanting to learn about research and how to develop relationships for my agency withinthis community. The next year, I got an email from them looking for board members, and I thought there was no better way to immerse myself than to jump in and serve this community.✅ What is your career background?Founding M Agency in 2009, I have dedicated myself to developing an award-winning business and an intentionally curated creative environment for my full-service advertising agency. I've worked hard to build my career through a growth mindset and create a team that can leverage the innumerable strengths we all possess and win together. My community has been critical to me throughout my career and I have had the privilege to sit on many boards to contribute to it. One of my favorite accomplishments is helping to found and manage South Sound 100, an organization within my community that provides collective giving to nonprofits locally.✅ What's your favorite part of being a market researcher? My favorite part of doing research is creating more effective ways to communicate to the audience we are serving at M. Though we wouldn't be considered a market research firm, we believe in meaningful marketing and are clear the only way to achieve that is to fully understand who we are speaking to, the challenges they face and the guidance they desire to make a decision.✅ What do you do for fun outside of work? There is no doubt the most fun I have is raising two amazing kiddos and, alongside that, enjoying as much tennis as possible. I play both mixed doubles with my husband and in a women's league.I love how much I learn about myself through my tennis game, and if we ever meet, don't be surprised if I encourage you to play tennis too! #PSRF #PugetSoundResearchForum #MarketingResearch #BrandStrategy #InsightsCareers #MAgency

I crave connection. And during my American Marketing Association Virtual Keynote last week, I got the sense that attendees felt the same way.One of the biggest takeaways we can all share is the importance of strong connections and that amazing sense of community we get from working together.Whether you were nodding along to the struggles, feeling inspired by the success stories, or simply craving that post-keynote connection, remember: you're not alone.️Here are a few fantastic online communities you can dive right into to keep the conversation going, get support, and share your brilliance:- MarComm Barbie | Women-Identified Slack group (co-created by Mallory Willsea and me!) https://lnkd.in/gvf-MV2y- The Connected Exec | Current and Aspiring Campus Leaders Facebook Group https://lnkd.in/gTfMQHGf- Higher Ed Digital Community Builders | Facebook Group https://lnkd.in/gd6QRcK4- Marketing for Higher Education (AMA) | LinkedIn Group - Affinity Group (AMA membership required) https://lnkd.in/g4Jx7FXq- Higher Ed Connect| Discord Channel https://lnkd.in/gMUNig4b- #HigherEdSocial | Find the community on all the platforms https://lnkd.in/gidnhBav- HighEdWeb | (email me if you want to be added – josie@josieahlquist.com)P.S. This is just the tip of the iceberg! What are your favorite higher ed communities? Share them in the comments and let's keep the connections strong! ✨#HigherEd #Community

NO.....NO.....NO.....NO.....NOUnless the University of Portsmouth London only accepts people on to their courses who travel through Walthamstow station this is a terrible investment. Why be so heavy in one station* when your target audience are everywhere?Media is simple. Maximise reach at the right level of frequency. This is a perfect example of the opposite. Minimise reach at in-effective frequency.JKO: Media Done Properly*I have travelled around London a reasonable amount and seen no other locations showing this campaign.#jko #media #ifajobsworthdoing

Happy that our Journal of Sport Management study: "The Strength of Community: The Role of Social Support Networks in Sport Officials’ Retention" is now available ahead of print. (here's the open access version: https://lnkd.in/g-fp8TMk -- if you have JSM access, here's the doi https://lnkd.in/gmH6A7Vn )This is one of the first studies to use egocentric network analysis to retention. We found thatoutside communication and a sense of community were vital network characteristics that fostered retention relationships. Network size, tenure, and the officiating levelwere also all significant.

For the last 12 months we have forced others in the space to try to innovate and understand what we were doing. I’ve been told what we have done in the last 12 months is rather “unheard of” in this space. For those that know…know that we won’t ever stop innovating, listening, and continuing to push the market, connect departments, and bringing value. Today, P5 all the way to high school programs across the country are leveraging Sideline to do more. Nothing like it! #SDbuilt
