@metronetfiber This has been bad experience for me finally tried to disconnect today but must turn in equipment first. New customer 10 days paid for 1 gig and never got anything over 75 mbps metronet now telling me all my equipment must be hardwired to get 1 gig but I can’t even get 100mbps

The customer service from @metronetfiber has been so bad this week I think my only option is to switch back to Spectrum, which holds the record for worst customer service I've ever experienced. Three days of talking to them and the best answer I got was "It should be working."

@metronetfiber Turned spectrum 400mbps service bsck on and entire house getting at least 320-380 everywhere and xbox pack kiss working perfect now this had been nightmare for me.

@metronetfiber I don’t want the cable buried in my yard since went back spectrum but I tried my best and was sold on the 1 gig snd can’t even get 75 mbps anywhere in the house. My account number is 1618913. I talked to 20 people and finally gave up very bad experience.

I thought @metronetfiber had made up for their terrible customer service because one very helpful supervisor actually worked to address my problem and fix it. Guess I was wrong. Service is still messed up and I’m told it won’t be fixed until January 5th. Just awful.

@metronetfiber I had such a terrible experience as a Spectrum customer, but they at least tried to fix issues. Most Metronet customer support is basically ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

@metronetfiber The problem is obviously not resolved maybe for a handful of people but this started 3 days ago horrible packet loss if it’s fixed why am I still having the same problem just because it’s fixed for a handful of people doesn’t mean you should tell everyone the problem is solved

@metronetfiber @SullyWrites @StanLVL3 Nothing worked still under 100mbps in house and paying for 1gig. I’ve wasted days and hours trying to make this work. Spectrum is returning my equipment and I am going back with them. I have never had this bad of service in my life. I’ve spoken tech support 5 times

@metronetfiber @stockrooke Nope. Not fixed. Pinging Google's DNS (8.8.8.8). Packet loss isn't quite as bad as it's been, but still 10-15% PL.
